Single-phase Electric Motors
Single-phase electric motors are of two types: with permanent capacitor or with two capacitors and centrifugal circuit breaker. They are built in sizes from 63 to 112, in construction B3 / B14 / B5 / B34 / B35, with aluminum or cast iron housing.
They can only have continuous duty (S1), with a voltage of 220 V, a power range limited to 4 kW and a maximum of 6 poles. They are ideal for domestic and commercial applications where a three-phase network is not available.
